I’m a 40-something mama of three boys, a feminist, a serial entrepreneur, a chiropractor and Craniosacral therapist, an herbalist, a recovering perfectionist, a writer, a self help book junkie, and a lover of nature, plants and beautiful things.

I offer 1:1 bodywork to nourish the nervous system, HTMA (mineral) testing, and women’s circles and retreats.
